Several of you have asked what my kids are going to be for Halloween this year. I haven't responded yet because it's top secret. Okay, not really. I just haven't responded yet because I just plain haven't gotten around to it.
But as I was working on costumes this afternoon while the baby slept I thought that instead of telling you it would much more fun if I made you guess. I will give you a few clues.
Clue 1: Harrison's costume, thus far.
Clue 2: The fabric (which is a thick upholstery-like fabric) I will be using for Zoey's costume, assuming I actually make it that far. The sewing is coming along painfully slow.
Clue 3: Ha, there is no clue 3! Because Adam's costume is already finished! (I'm borrowing it from my sister-in-law.) So I can't show it to you, that would be too easy!
But you should be able to infer what Adam's is if you guess what the other two are going to be because, and here is your real clue 3, all three costumes go together in a theme.
Have you guessed yet?
Life with kids is ALWAYS an adventure. And I have 3 who are only 3 years apart. (yes, we're crazy.) This is my place to capture the craziness in all it's glory, because childhood only happens once. (thank goodness!)

Harrison- Mike
Zoey - Boo
Adam - I would have to take a guess and say Sully.
That would be awesome. Isaac suggested Boo for Anya since he calls her Boo. But I don't have a costume, and am not talented enough to make one. Great Job!
Monsters INC.! how cute!
I'll come help you sew!
Monsters Inc.!! Way Cute, that's a really cute and great idea.
I would have to say Monsters, Inc. Characters as well but Zoey as Mike's girlfriend ( don't remember her name).
Being said SIL, means I don't get to guess. Darn it. JK I can hardly wait to see how cute they look.
At least your kids are going to be different things. Mine both want to be dinosaurs.
Wow, you guys are all so smart! I thought, given my sub-standard sewing skills it would be harder to guess. Never underestimate a mother with small kids who has probably seen all Pixar movies a billion times!
@Andria-if I had actually asked my kids what they wanted to be they probably would've both said they wanted to be Thomas. But I didn't ask them. I just told them what they were going to be, because I'm nice like that. hahaha
I didn't know that you could sew? I have tried to sew a few things and let's just say that I am not very good at it. Kudos to you!
Monsters inc!!
What a cute idea!!
Love it!
